Direct Property Services & Fees
When we assist with a direct property, our fees are simple and transparent.
For Resident Indian Sellers and Buyers:
Documentation Charges: ₹20,000. This covers all legal documentation and registration support.
For NRI Sellers and Buyers:
Documentation Charges: ₹30,000. An additional ₹5,000 fee applies if either party is an NRI.
Additional Services:
Free Home Loan Assistance: We provide home loan assistance for any property at no cost.
